Department plays a vital role in this field.Our Pharmaceutical
products are designed and developed in systematic way to achieve
the standard quality required for their intended use. This
department is running with highly skilled personnel with adequate
pharmaceutical technical knowledge and well equipped with
all sorts of production machinery and equipments for small
scale production.

All products are
designed and developed with proper formulation and comprehensive
standard manufacturing procedures. Expiry period of products
are determined after proper stability study including accelerated
stability study. All technical papers like Master Formula,
Standard Manufacturing Process, Standard Product Specifications,
Standard Specifications of Raw and Packaging Material, all
sorts of test methods, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR),
validation of test methods & Process Validation and finally
Product Master File are prepared by active participation of
Product Development, Production and Quality Control Departments.

Our Product Development
Department is equipped with ERWEKA — Multi-Purpose -
Equipments with all necessary attachment for Sieving, Mixing,
Granulating, Tableting, Coating & Polishing, Liquid Mixing,
Dosing & Filling, and all other necessary equipments for
Capsule Filling, Ointment Dosing & Filling unit. There
is a separate testing laboratory with all necessary testing
facilities apart from QC laboratory and facilities for stability
study including climatic oven for accelerated stability study
is functioning continuously.
